Our platform brings together automated payment collection, WhatsApp & email notifications, comprehensive reporting, and intuitive portals for tenants, landlords, and property managers — all in one unified system. But we go further: RentalDesk includes a tenant service marketplace where residents can book household services such as house cleaners, doggy parlours, pest control, and AC servicing directly through their portal.

We also provide digital property inspections with room-by-room checklists, photo evidence, and configurable question templates — supporting basic, advanced, and custom inspections for both pre-lease and post-lease scenarios. Our maintenance ticketing system lets tenants log faults with photos while managers assign contractors, track quotes, and oversee the full repair workflow.

For marketing and communication, the built-in email campaign manager supports custom templates, mailing list segmentation, open/click tracking, and BCC — ideal for newsletters, payment reminders, and announcements at scale.
